The "House of light" is a contemporary villa organized around two parallel rectangular volumes linked by a shared ground-floor axis. This central void structures circulation, views, and natural light, acting as the main spatial backbone of the project. The left volume is dedicated to public functions, including living, dining, billiard room, and a wine cellar. It is designed as a transparent pavilion with large glazed façades and a rhythmic column structure, emphasizing openness toward the landscape. The right volume contains the private program, including kitchen, dining, living spaces, and guest bedrooms. It is more introverted while maintaining a strong visual connection to the exterior. A third element extends perpendicularly from the private wing, housing the main bedrooms and a secondary living space overlooking the double-height public area. A skylight enhances vertical continuity and brings natural light deep into the interior. At the center of the composition, an olive tree aligns with the main axis, acting as a focal point that anchors the project within its landscape. Overall, the residence balances transparency and enclosure, creating a continuous dialogue between structure, light, and nature.
