The project is located at the edge of a pine forest, establishing a direct relationship between the city and the natural landscape. Its siting aims to preserve views toward the forest while ensuring visual continuity across the site. It consists of a residential development composed of modular units, based on a system of movable walls integrated into the façade. These elements allow for the expansion or reduction of the dwellings through the addition of an extra bedroom, offering various housing configurations, such as two stacked T3 apartments or a combination of a T2 and a T4 unit. The volumetric composition of the façade creates an “urban window” that maintains a continuous visual connection between the city and the forest, reinforcing the landscape integration and architectural identity of the project.
