This residential project is a new-build collective housing development located in Valenton, France, comprising 35 residential units on a corner plot within an urban context. The building is designed in response to the site constraints and planning regulations, carefully respecting the prescribed massing and urban scale. Its volumetric composition is defined by a progressive step-back at each upper level, creating a sense of lightness and reducing the visual impact of the building as it rises. At ground level, generous green spaces are introduced to enhance permeability, improve the quality of the public realm, and create a soft transition between the building and its surroundings. The landscape treatment contributes to a more open and welcoming residential environment. All apartments benefit from outdoor extensions in the form of balconies, reinforcing the connection between interior and exterior living spaces. The façade design adopts a consistent architectural language inspired by the surrounding buildings, ensuring visual continuity and harmony with the existing neighborhood. This approach allows the project to integrate respectfully into its context while maintaining a contemporary identity.
